Contently started with one frustrated founder, a pile of half-finished posts, and a bill for a scheduling tool that cost more than it saved.
It started with a dreaded Sunday night
A few years ago I was posting for my own small business. Same content, five different apps, every single week. It ate my Sundays.
So I did what everyone does: I went looking for a tool. I tried three of them. Every one was either too expensive, too complicated, or charged me per seat the moment I wanted to add one more person. I was paying enterprise prices to do a job that should take twenty minutes.
I gave up on finding it and built it instead.
Contently is the tool I wanted back then. Plan a week of posts in one sitting. Send them everywhere at once. Pay one honest price whether you're one person or twenty. No seat math, no bloat, no features you'll never touch.
That's still the whole idea. We do less on purpose, and we're proud of it.
