What we hold from a Meta connection

When you connect Facebook, Instagram or Meta ads, we store the access tokens Meta issues, the permissions you granted, the names and identifiers of the Pages, Instagram accounts and ad accounts you chose, the posts you scheduled through Optimizly, and the performance figures we retrieved for them. The privacy policy describes this in full.

Delete it yourself, straight away

1. Sign in at app.optimizly.io and open Settings → Social Accounts.
2. Choose Disconnect next to each Facebook Page and Instagram account. For Meta ads, open Growth OS → Integrations and disconnect Meta there. The tokens are deleted immediately.
3. To remove everything, including reporting data and scheduled content, delete the workspace under Settings → Basic Settings → Danger zone.

Remove Optimizly from your Facebook account

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Optimizly and choose Remove. This stops all further access; the steps above delete what we already hold.

Ask us to delete it

Can’t sign in, or want us to do it for you? Write to info@optimizly.io from the e-mail address on your account. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail when it is done.
